Here is a tutorial of what you have to do:
1st step: Create a paypal account HERE is you don't have one (I registered using a debit card, you're not using it anyway), or skip this step if you already have one.
2nd step: Login to facebook and join the application PayPal Wishlist HERE
3rd step: Make a wishlist (What you choose doesn't really matters)
Share it!4th step: Save your wishlist and publish it on your wall. Share it to your friends and ask them to share it too!
Share the link above anywhere, or ask your friends to add the program with your linkEvery friend that adds the application with your link will add $1 to your paypal wishlist, with a maximum capacity of $100.
How Prizes will be Awarded
You will be notified by PayPal no later than February 28th, 2010, via email or any other method as PayPal may from time to time determine, of how much you have earned.
